3 DAY STRENGTH TRAINING SPLIT
6 WEEKS

Level: Beginner to Intermediate

Foundational 2.0 is the next step after the original Foundational Strength program, designed to reinforce your foundation and keep progress moving forward. It outlines a seven-day program, consisting of three lifting sessions and four active rest days, designed to build strength while promoting recovery.

The program keeps your training manageable and sustainable while increasing your ability to handle more work over time.

Foundational 2.0 helps you stay consistent, strengthen key movement patterns, and build confidence as you move toward more advanced training.

Fortify

4 DAY STRENGTH TRAINING SPLIT
6 WEEKS

Level: Intermediate

Fortify is a four-day split program designed for women who want to build strength with structure. You’ll train two lower-body and two upper-body days each week, with three active rest days to keep you moving and recovering.

Each week follows a consistent format, allowing you to focus on form, gradually add weight over time, and see steady improvement. Fortify is designed as a gym-based program with optional home modifications as needed.

This plan develops balanced strength, improves mobility, and builds resilience to support your lifestyle both in and out of the gym.

Dumbbell Defined

3 DAY FULL BODY LIFTING PROGRAM
6 WEEKS

Level: All Levels

Dumbbell Defined is a 6-week training plan designed for individuals with only dumbbells. The program follows a weekly schedule of three strength workouts and four active recovery days to help you train hard while giving your body time to recover.

Each workout is simple, focused, and easy to follow. You’ll learn how to get stronger, move better, and stay consistent without needing a full gym setup.

This program is designed for all levels. If you want to build strength, improve your habits, and stay on track using just dumbbells, Dumbbell Defined gives you everything you need.

About me

Hi, I’m Won—fitness trainer, strength coach, and founder of the WonD App.

My journey with fitness began young, but it wasn’t until my 50s that I truly found what strength, wellness, and vitality meant to me. Today, I help women in midlife and beyond reconnect with their bodies, build lasting strength, and feel confident in every stage of life.

From training my teenage daughter to guiding my parents in their 70s and 80s, I’ve seen firsthand that it’s never too early—or too late—to chase strong. Through every rep, I’m here to empower you to show up for yourself, inside and out.
